One on One
Whether you need recommendations of furniture placement, paint color or cosmetic repairs we have the answers that will secure the best return on your investment. Strategic planning is the key in positioning your home to sell quickly. We offer many options to fit your particular needs, budget and timeline. An in home consultation is a minimum of up to two hours depending on the size of your home and exact needs being addressed. You will be provided an evaluation report that will assist you in determining the work needed to bring your home up to the level to competitively compete against other homes in your area.

Whether you need help staging your entire house or only a few rooms, we have the resources and services to transform your home while working within your budget. You have many options such as using your own furniture, supplimenting with furniture rental, creating a budget used toward accessories or furniture that you will use for staging and then take to your new home.

Allison Beamon with UpStaged HomeStaging was wonderful to work with in decorating my new townhouse. She gave me excellent ideas in staging my previous house when it was on the market so I knew she was the one to hire to decorate my new townhouse.
I downsized from a large house to a townhouse and was challenged in finding enough storage space. Allison came up with great storage solutions in the furnishings but the best was her foresight in having a custom desk built for my home office area. What an awesome space it has proven to be!
Allison was very patient and professional lending her excellent guidance while I vacillated over furniture decisions. She is highly knowledgeable when it comes to interior decorating but it is her ability and attitude to understand her client’s needs that makes her stand out. She had the ability to give me the sophisticated style I wanted yet keep my home friendly for grandkids and pets. Allison loves to surprise and delight. She took a space that I hadn’t even asked her to decorate and transformed it into a peaceful sanctuary. What a delightful surprise it was! Allison has a great eye for color and design and the utmost attention to detail. I love every room she decorated for me that it is too difficult to choose a favorite. My friends and family are in awe of my home. Not only would I would highly recommend her, I will continue to use her going forward for any design needs I have.

UpStaged HomeStaging really worked for our family! We had to sell our home because of a job change and did so in an "uphill" time. We had several factors against us: competition with new home sales (our neighborhood was still building out the last section), competition with forclosures because of the slump in the housing market, and the appraisal of our entire neighborhood had just dropped by at least $20000. We had a lot working against us to try to get the most money out of our home and still be able to be competitive enough to sell. Allison truly saved the day! She staged our home room by room and within our meager budget. She used what I already had - positioning things and repurposing them to make our home look stunning! I am so impressed with Allison's ability to use color to bring the whole room and home together! It was amazing to watch her work. It was a lot of work on my part, too, but I had to stay within a small budget so I did a lot of the work myself; however, Allison was my guide. She came on several occasions to rearrange furniture herself and would give me a "homework" list. She even shopped for the little added touches that would finish off the room. Mrs. Beamon is easy to get along with. She listened to my needs and was ready with several suggestions. She researched information on particular pieces and presented me with several options.
